Mr. Rybnikov was appointed President of CJSC St. Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange in September 2011. Previously, he served as CEO of RSX, a multilateral trading facility, from 2009 until September 2011.
From 2003 to 2009, he was CEO of the MICEX Stock Exchange and Senior Vice President of MICEX.
From 1991 to 2004, Mr. Rybnikov held numerous senior level positions at two Russia-based commercial banks, Evrofinance and J.P. Morgan Bank International LLC, and at the National Depository Center (now called the National Settlement Depository).
He also serves as a member of:
- Presidential Commission on the fuel and energy sector development and environmental safety,
- Board of the SRO National Securities Market Association,
- Financial Education Panel of the Federal Service on Financial Markets,
- Expert Council on the Securities Market of the Federal Service on Financial Markets,
- Supervisory Board of Nonprofit Partnership Sapfir,
- Supervisory Board of Russian Regional Development Bank.
Mr. Rybnikov graduated magna cum laude in Economics from Moscow State University of International Affairs and earned a PhD from the Institute of US and Canada Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
First Vice President
Before joining SPIMEX in April 2010 as Vice President, Mr Temnichenko served as Managing Director of Market Participants Relations at MICEX Group. From 2006 until November 2009, he was Director of the Stock Market Department of CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange. Prior to that, between 2000 and 2006, Mr. Temnichenko worked at the Standard Contracts Department at CJSC MICEX, which he headed in 2003.
From 1992 to 1999, he held various posts with a number of financial and investment companies, including the Russian America-92 Trading House Group, finance company SibBrok, investment company Montex-Finance, where he gained his wide expertise in trading and analytics on the exchange-traded derivatives markets.
He graduated in Finance and Credit from the Finance Academy (now Finance University) under the Russian Federal Government.
Before joining SPIMEX in November 2011 as Vice President, Mr. Levtsev spent two years nurturing high-tech venture capital companies. From 2007 until 2009, he was CEO of nonprofit partnership, INVEL. Prior to that, from 2002, he served as Senior Vice President of the Electric Power Industry Pension Fund. From 2001 until 2002, Mr. Levtsev was Senior Vice President of OJSC Investment Group Alrosa.
From 1992 until 2001, he held various posts at Russian banks, working in project and corporate finance.
Mr. Levtsev graduated in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Before joining SPIMEX in October 2012 as Senior Managing Director, Mr. Karpov served as Vice President on “Inter-regional exchange of oil and gas complex” from 2004 until September 2012.
He graduated in Jurisprudence from Moscow State Technical University named after N.E. Bauman.
